This video is of a Four-in-Hand knot. This is the only I usually use because it is easy to get it done in a hurry. The main drawback is that it looks a little crooked. A Half Windsor (2nd video, below) looks better but is hard to tie. A boy should be able to tie his own tie by the fifth grade.
